This is an mIRC message board, we help people with mIRC or other general IRC-related issues on this board. It also has other purposes, such as suggesting features or reporting bugs. This board is not the same as IRC itself. You need to download mIRC and then connect to IRC with it. Commands such as /msg will not work here.
If you are trying to use mIRC to get "serials" for programs or updates etc. then you're using the wrong program. mIRC is a chat program and used for chatting and helping, and getting the occasional file such as a picture of a friend, or an album of photos from a gather. Obtaining serials/cracks/warez is illegal. We do not help with it here.
