It means that you, whether by something you did or someone within the same ip range did, isnt allowed on there. The kline msg prolly gave you the reason and perhaps where to go to find more info. Use your favorite search engine and find the website for the network you are trying to get onto, and find their help info on the specific reason or who to contact for more info.

ok, obviously you didnt bother to do as i suggested, which was to go to gamesnet's website or you would have found the email addy to contact, support@gamesnet.net or their forum here which is where you will find the only ppl who can help you with this.

"Excessive connections from a single host" is the reason for the kline, which is self explanatory. I cant tell you how long the kline would last, only the admins at Gamesnet can.
