OP djmadness Ameglian cow D Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 36	Hello. during time of scripting, i get tiard of when i do not have internet connection... so i have desided to make an ircd in mIRC script... But the problem is, that no matter what i try, i seem to get: [21:53:01] * Connect retry #13 127.0.0.1 (65535) [21:53:01] Local host: DJPAPKASSE (192.168.2.2) [21:53:01] * Send error ([10053] Software caused connection abort) [21:53:01] * Disconnected If anyone has some idear of how i can start, please reply... i am looking for how to just be able to connect to the ircd & send just a simple command and be able to ping back to the client TotalIRC the place to be TuX.TotalIRC.net:6667 #TotalIRC

Danthemandoo Fjord artisan D Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 457 Behind you	i think a MUCH better idea would be to just install an IRCd, eg UnrealIRCd. Its pretty easy to setup and if you need help, i'm sure me or someone else can help with it.
