Does anyone have a script that would let me know who is whois-ing me?

You can't.
It's an internal server<->client query, so the only way to know who is doing a /whois on you is to patch the ircd sources.

You can see that only if you are Ircop in some servers

lol, yes u can know who is whoising you
if only ur in a IRCD server
type //mode $me +W and it will notice you, whoever whois you!

It's a feature that is often only available to those who are OPERs on that network, and it's not always +w, on some it's +y
I think on Unreal, an OPER can +y on someone and then for that connection, they will see who is whosing them.

But just because there are only two people on the network (yourself being one of them), it doesn't mean that the other person is doing a whois on you.

on Unreal its +W to see who is whoising you there is no y umode
