I have created a help file but I have a problem when I use it in correlation with mirc.ini I have a problem.
I explain me :

when I use the command /winhelp, it opens the file winhelp.ini. But, when I want to search an information in the help file, I do /winhelp databe
In place of opening the winhelp.ini, it opens mirc.ini and search databe in it.
Is there a bad configuration in mirc ?

Note : I have erased the mirc.ini and renamed winhelp.ini in mirc.ini and it works !

/winhelp is meant for opening .hlp files.
/winhelp filename.hlp [key]

e.g. /winhelp mirc.hlp /winhelp

You don't understand what I said but I have made an error.
in the explanation of help menu it is explained mirc inserted all help files set in the folder of mirc.
So if the help file is called winsock.hlp, it is possible to call /winsock key and mirc will search key in winsock.ini, in theory.

In pratic, if I type /winsock, it opens winsock.hlp but if I type /winsock key_to_search, it opens mirc.hlp and search the key. I think it is an error !

Well, I copied the Irfanview help file (i_view32.hlp) to mirc dir.
/i_view32.hlp resample opens i_view32.hlp at the "resample" entry.

So if the help file is called winsock.hlp, it is possible to call /winsock key and mirc will search key in winsock.hlp.
