OP DiMTRX Ameglian cow Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 31 R.D.A.W. The Netherlands	Use activeness on TAB use for getting nicks instead of alphabetical order. Everyone knows the 'mis' use of the TAB key. One to much or one to less press or suddenly a new person in the channel with the same start letter of the nick :S Active mIRC user since 1998

There are a few advanced NCs out there which will ask you for confirmation if you want to use the chosen nicknames, before completing a nickname (if two or more users have the same 2/3 letters for example). Something similar to the way the tab button works when you press it to retrieve the last nickname that sent you a private message. There should be several options. Alphabetical Last active nickname Display list inside channel window that best matches your input (ala X-Chat) -------- mIRC - fun for all the family (except grandma and grandpa)
