Forums Scripts & Popups "now playing" -problem with a twist

You always see people trying to use some form of the basic 'np:' script. To them it's easy to say 'get the swamp.dll' etc etc. But how 'bout this? I'm using iTunes, and atleast so far I have been unable to locate any dll:s.

So, the question is: can person like me, with some programming skills, but not being a guru, make a dll of his own?
