OP mario37z Mostly harmless M Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 1	Have WinXp, cable internet,firewall enable and have version irc 6.14. try to connect but states connection refused. trys many times to connected but no luck. I;m not new to the Irc. used frequently while i had win 98. but needed to upgrade to Xp. Now I can't get loaded up.
