is there a limit to how long your topic can be?
the !topic thing cuz it seems to cut of for me at a certain point dunno why

When you connect to a server you should see a line or two something like this:
WHOX WALLCHOPS WALLVOICES USERIP CPRIVMSG CNOTICE SILENCE=15 MODES=6 MAXCHANNELS=20 MAXBANS=45 NICKLEN=15 TOPICLEN=250 AWAYLEN=160 KICKLEN=250 are supported by this server

The bold is what you are interested in.

!topic is not a mIRC command, but a trigger for a script. It may be that the script sets a limit on how long the topic can be.
