While I agree with Online about the built in feature being a better solution for this problem. I want to point out another way of doing a mass comparison similar to yours:
on *:JOIN:#ffshrine:if ($istok(acposerv.Hanhpricot.neosizer.pippiserv.kie.dongserv.mythagoh.dongle.Anarchist.Volscian.Cous1000.cecil.volc.SombraAla.Belzardon.heronserv.NightFalcon,$nick,46)) cs voice $chan $nick
This would allow you to use your own /cs alias still and the list of people is easy to review and maintain. If you prefer you can use spaces instead of periods in the nick name list (change the ,46 part to ,32 though) and you could put the list in a variable or some other place to shorten the code:
First set the variable:
/set %voice.list acposerv Hanhpricot neosizer pippiserv kie dongserv mythagoh dongle Anarchist Volscian Cous1000 cecil volc SombraAla Belzardon heronserv NightFalcon
on *:JOIN:#ffshrine:if ($istok([color:red]%voice.list[/color],$nick,[color:red]32[/color])) cs voice $chan $nick
Disclaimer: I wrote this code on the forum but never tested it.
