Hmm, I visited that channel and there were no age requests or anything.
It could be that someone with your ISP or IP block has been identified as being too old for the channel and set in one of their bots internal ban list.
It may also be because you're in a channel that contains the word "Adult" or some other sort of Adult-themed word. The bot may /whois you when you join and detect that word and automatically kick you. Try parting all other channels before you join.
That channel does not seem to be registered with X and so I can't supply information on who to contact. Try messaging the person who kicked you. If you suspect it to be a bot, then try
/msg bot-nickname help - if it's an eggdrop (which is likely) then they often contain the Administrators nickname and email in the reply.
