In the lock menu, it now locks /run, /dll, and /com all with the same checkbox. I dont like this only because I use the run command but dont use the dll/com commands and would like to be able to lock these individually. As the topic states, this is a SMALL thing, but just fealt I should voice my opinion

not advised if you're an inexperienced computer user, but you can edit the registry to sort that yourself, i know it's not a very good solution, but you could use that until (if?) khaled ever implements that.

Well, since Im not at risk (I only use my own scripts), it's not a big deal, but Im sure others might find more of an issue with it

Yeah I think the three options should be able to be (dis|en)abled seperately.

On the subject... I think there should be a checkbox for SendMessage() enable/disable.

If need be, just make new aliases for those commands, with the same name. That should override the use of the built-in ones. I once accidentally did that with the /away command and it seems to work fine.
