I have the microsoft MN-700 base station and I am trying to send files via dcc send, but i am blocked because the base
station is blocking the ports. I have been trying alot
of stuff to try and allow the sends, but still no luck.
I would appreciate some ways to allow those ports to be
open to send. I am just unsure on the correct way to
enter those ports in the port allow settings and trying
to figure out if it is udp or tcp... any help is greatly
appreciated

It uses TCP. If you know the specific port you want to use, in Options, go to Connect > Options > Advanced (if you're using 6.14) and enter the same port number in First and Last and check the DCC box. You have to know which ports on your network will allow incoming connections to be able to set this feature to work correctly.
