Forums mIRC Help Channel moderator commands

I'm looking for a webpage or file that shows the different commands that moderators can use. Things like setting ranks for users in the channel. I have seen a page like this before, but have forgotten where it is. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can find it.

Well for a start you could type (in mIRC) /ircintro User modes

you could also check on the website for the network you are on, they should have info on the commands they have available

and try '/quote help'

and help from your services (with nickserv/chanserv it's '/nickserv help' or '/chanserv help')
