I constantly get a message of

::: Error: unknown command (/TB.LAGCHK) and
::: Error: unknown command (/TB.LAGUPDATE)

can anyone help me get rid of this.

Also how would i make my channel stay on the whole time even if i'm not on it, make it sort of permanent you konw.

Also it always has the thing in the middle the loading bar saying checking file integrity

This is because the script you are running is trying to draw a lagbar, but is unable to because the script is not installed properly, reinstalling the script should fix this problem.

This depends on the network. Some have chanserv which allows you to register channels, other networks don't. Read the MOTD to see what services are in place on your network, visit the network's website or one of the help channels.

Never compare yourself to others - they're more screwed up than you think.

Your script is issuing aliases for the DLL called tbwib.dll which is what allows lag maters based on picture windows. These are usually located in the blank area of the toolbar but can be anywhere really. Can you see a partially drawn lag meter in your toolbar and/or have you got that DLL file installed? Might need to get the author of the script to assist you or just unzip it again.
