Forums Connection Issues Only DALnet

I can't conect to any server (conection timed out) but DALnet, I can't even connect to quakenet...
DALnet only works if I disconnect & connect manualy...
I have no firewall (but uninstalled norton firewall recently), mirc version=6.12, windows XP

What does DALnet have (or doesn't have) and other servers not?

Its possible the servers you are trying to connect to are down or dont exist. Check out the network's website for a list of servers and try manually connecting to them like you did with DALnet.

They may also just be slow to connect and you may need to tweak your options. connect/options click on retry button and increase "if not connected in" to 60 secs.
