HI, I've seen others do it however i'm not sure if they are doing it legally or what. So my question is am i allowed to offer a download of the latest trial version of mirc on my channel's website as long as I include a link to this site and that the license is a 30 day free trial; $20.00 to buy.

You are allowed to redistribute mIRC providing the file is left unopened.

You can offer mIRC for download, however it would be a better alternative to offer a graphic/link to the official download site. We always advise folks to download mIRC from the official because of the risk of others 'putting things into' mIRc install files.

Additionally, you may be limited to the amount of bandwidth which comes with your web page. Why eat up your monthly allowance of bandwidth when Khaled is offering it for free
