New PC - 3.06 Ghz Pentium 4 with Windows XP Home Edition. For firewall I do not use the XP firewall, I use Norton Internet Security 2004. Last month when I first set up PC, BOTH DCC Send & Receive worked. Recently both stopped working. I reinstalled mIRC and now DCC Receive works again, but DCC Send will not. Any ideas? I think it's related to firewall settings perhaps?
