OP bunar Fjord artisan B Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 584 bogu iza nogu	if user info in channel is this: user@crap.crap2.com but his IP is 62.123.123.45 and if i do cmode +b on 62.123.123.45 could he enter in that chan coz his host is always resolved OR servers/networks automatically resolves that and checks if that ip is banned while he/she/it tries to enter the chan?
