OP StarFighter Mostly harmless S Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 1	A friend of mine who is on DSL is trying to send me a 2MB file and the download rates are around 2-3kb/sec. I'm currently on a LAN connection and I know I can download much faster. I told my friend to send the file to another friend who is also on DSL. They recieved a much higher download rate (about 40kb/sec). So whats going on exactly? Thanks, StarFighter
