I have a problem with my mIRC. I can't chat in private or send a private message to another person in the chatroom. This is the message I got, " Your own modes prohibit you from sending that type of message." Does anyone know what is that mean? What modes? and How do I make the changes, so I can chat in private? Your help will greatly appreciate. Thanks.
