How do I check tat I'm identify b4 joining a channel?

well, you could script your mirc so that when you get the "you're identifiyed" message from your network's services to then start joining "X" channels. If I am giving the wrong info, forgive me.

Auto-identifying is a risk: if you don't do it right people may steal your passwords, like if you connect during a netsplit and someone is impersonating chan-/nickserv. But if you insist on doing that you could go to Options >>> Connect >>> Options, then click the Perform button. Select the network you want to auto-identify on and add a line there to identify with your nick- and/or channel service.

If you want to do this more safely (yet still not 100% guaranteed safe), make sure you make it check the isp-part of the adress of the nick-/chanserv.
