OP Jaillyn Pikka bird J Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 19	Okay.. for some reason a friend's nick of mine won't show in the nicklist no matter what I do in 6.12 Then again, at another time, only half of his nick showed, and no, he is not an IRC Operator.

OP Jaillyn Pikka bird J Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 19	it happened again today, too (I posted on this the first day 6.12 came out) another person who's nick was EZero wasnt showing till he rejoined the room, and I wasnt even able to ban him before (I tested to see if I could ban him if he wasnt showing on my nicklist, and I couldnt via script) this needs to be fixed...

Collective Hoopy frood C Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 3,138 London, UK	If you couldn't ban him using /mode #channel +b <Whatever> then it is most likely a server fault (or maybe a fault with a /mode alias you have that is unrelated to your nicklist problems). Keep a debug window open and next time it happens try to ban them and paste the last few lines from it here.

lonesome Babel fish Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 62	I've experienced that before. Once i tried using Austnet, it always happened randomly. Some nicks in the nicklist don't show up completely. But I guess that's something to do with how the server communicates with mIRC, as I've never had this problem with another network i'm using.
