dll $scriptdirktools.dll SbSetText 1 > popout > U: %bandwidth2 $+ KB/sec <-- if all the script lies in Program Files it cant find the dll why ? it simpley cant load :\
For the /dll command the path to the dll must no have spaces, so you need $shortfn. There might be something else wrong too but I've never used that dll...
"$scriptdirktools.dll" means the dll iin the same directory the script is in  If ktools.dll is in a different directory, change that string ($scriptdirktools.dll) to "path to\directory\ktools.dll"
