I want translate mIRC for my language (Greek)
How to do that?

Yes:
mIRC is an English program and no translated versions are currently available. Also most of its documentation and the mIRC Homepage are written in English. Nevertheless, using mIRC is not too difficult for people speaking other languages..

I thinking: Windows is an US OS and no translated versions are currently available etc. etc.
But the greek windows version is currently available. I pay for this

Just because it's not available yet (yes, multi-language support is planned) it doesn't mean its lacking on purpose. It's not "racism".

Cold is right. Just cos multi-language isn't supported at this present time doesn't mean it is discriminating against those who speak another language. So is this racism? No.

My country is Wales, in the United Kingdom. It very much exists. Now, the total population of the United Kingdom is around the 59.2 million mark (in 2002, according to this site ). Now, I imagine that the number of muslims (if we MUST go into this) far exceeds 2.5 million. That's quite alot of people for somewhere that doesn't exist....
