how can I set up an ON HALFOP command?

second, why are on ctcp things not in the standard format? ie, CTCP blah instead of on ctcp?

on <level>:HELP:<#[,#]>:<commands>
on <level>:DEHELP:<#[,#]>:<commands>

mirc names halfop as helpop so it uses the on help event fopr triggers for it for more help on it
type /help on help

Good question, I guess the only one who can answer that is Khaled. My guess would be, that's just the way he decided to do it.

my guess was rather than making PING TIME and VERSION a "sub" event off of on CTCP, he made them each their own event in a way... just to keep things uniform >:D
