i have seen this in a few scripts i have seen how do i do the drop box stuff in list boxes

eg

item 1
+item 2
`- sub item 1 2
` - sub item 2 2
item 3

and then to the right have another box that changes when u click on it

You mean tree views? These are not supported by mIRC itself and are achieved with a DLL called MDX, which you can get at www.mircscripts.org, I suppose.

i know about MDX and stuff i just dont know how to do it with MDX =/

Anyways, open the help and click the item you want. At thte top of the page is a control that it modifies (in this case i believe its a list). So create a list. Then set the mirc version to mdx, and go from there. its all explained very nicely. if you still need help, mircscripts.org has a tutorial or two
