NOTE: I searched and found nothing along the lines of my post.

I was kinda hoping this bug was gunna be fixed in 6.1 but its not. When you do /list mIRC doesn't like channels that begin with { (eg. #{LS}), I did a raw check to be sure that the server was sending the channel when I sent the list command and it was but mIRC still didn't show it.

On a similar note, I've noticed mIRC fails to display the channel # (single sharp character, no name) no matter what you change in List Options. This has been noted in mIRC 5.91, 6.03 and 6.1.

confused

How can I get the /list not to write all the channels to a .txt file? I want it to open a mIRC Custom window like it usaly does but for some reason, mIRC starts to write the channels to a .txt file :|

check your other post or go thru all your alias and make sure u didnt remake one and name it list ... type /!list to see what happens, if it works properly then u need to search your remotes in your script that owns all

/list always writes the list to a text file, I think about all you could do is /remove it when the listing is finished.
