Forums mIRC Help how do i add folders to download in?

i recently had a copmuter crash and lost everything. i had mirc saved to cd but hadnt used it for a while. i am running it from the cd but when i try to download a file it wont accecpt it. dont know if thats because the download folder is listed as on the cd rom drive or because i havenmt regisered? i wont register untill i can sort out this problem

You won't be able to download anything to your cdrom drive that way - it'll be read only, for the purposes you mean. If you copy everything to your hard drive again it should work though.
