Forums Connection Issues Can't get new files

I am not able to download any new files wich were put on mirc recently. I get connect to the other user and bot, begin to recieve and after 5-10 minutes it goes to 0.00kb/s and disconnects me. Howver i download any older file, everything goes fine.

I assume we are not talking about the new installation file here but about files on IRC. In that case, there is only one response: complain to the one offering the files. If you can download some files but not others of the same type off the same user, there is a problem on his end, not yours.

Well It ain't happening only with one user, but all over the mirc. It can be a server or a bot.
