Well, i want to make a bot, but I got to have a server where it is running on all the time, can i make 1 my own, or... is there any where where i can do this?
and I want to edit it later on, anyone knows the answer?

mIRC is (in my view) okay for a bot even though it's not the primary purpose of the programme (as many WILL argue), though hosting it is harder. You need to either run a broadband connection or permanent dialup connection to host it yourself or find a mate who has this deal going or be bold and ask your employer (99.9% of bosses would say no of course but you never know your luck).

To my knowledge there are no Windows based answers to Unix style shell accounts so that option is ruled out. If there are, I'd be happy to hear about it myself.
