I am not sure I am posting this in the right place but is there a way to register a room with mIRC? My friend and I run a forum board and we want to add a chat to it as well and we wanted to use mIRC but we can't if we can't register our room so that we are the only ones with ops? Any suggestions on how to stop the 1st person in getting the ops and how just him and I can have them? Thanks in Advance
You cannot register rooms/channels with mIRC. There are IRC networks that allow this, like DALnet and undernet, and some don't, like efnet. Ask on your network, try the channels #mIRC or #help on your network.
