Ok, open a query with someone in a channel with you, talk for a bit, then have them change nicks. Now, //echo -a $window($active).logfile - Returns the first nick's logdir.

Doesn't that make sense? mIRC logs to a file based on the first nick that person had when that query window opened. If it switched which file it logged to it would be very difficult to follow the log if they changed nicks 2 or 3 times during a conversation.


Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
