So other people using mIRC on other computers using the same ISP don't get the problem? That sounds more like something to do with your computer or the scripts you are running than a problem with mIRC...try typing /remote off and see if it works after that.

yes but i cant seem to fix it. i have looked at all the options. the only thing i can figure out is that norton anti-virus 2003 might have something to do with it. i hope not.
