i am not sure but i could find anything in the mirc.hlp, is there a command to remotely close an open server window.
like /server -m server port to open a "new" server window. now what command to close them?..

Use /window -c "Status Window" to close server windows. So to close a different server's status window it's just a case of /scon <connection number> window -c "Status Window"
