whatever script u ripped off in your mirc is making this error ... u have a timer or and on input event causing this ...... go thru your scripts and find it.

Try /!remote off. If that doesn't work then break out the virus scanners (use several decent ones). If you still haven't found anything reinstall mIRC.

lol yes u wrote every single one of your scripts yet u cant explain why your having this lil error...... uhuh likely story. BTW use a lil less profanity in your posts ... it doesnt make u any more right, infact it just proves im right. as for calling an obvious ripper a ripper.... well if it walks like a duck ... quacks like a duck ..... then guess what ... ITS A DUCK

There's really no need to call anyone a ripper. It's quite possible to have a script interfere and not know it. You're not perfect either you know. Neither is anyone else.

i never implied i was perfect ... infact ive gone to great lengths to say im far from it in several posts ... but when someone acts like a child ... as MTECH has in several posts thru this forum, then he deserves to be treated as such. Infact i know for a fact several of his scripts he is using in his Mirc came directly from me via PM and email. Can u make that claim? therefore i think id have a lil more leg to stand on when i am callin someone exactly what they are. But thank you so much for your concern it greatly annoying , or appreciated .. whatever makes u feel well enough to sleep at night

If you messaged him or emailed him scripts and he used them how does that make him a ripper? Treating someone like a child does not include insulting them.

So anyone who uses a script they didn't create, even if they give full credit, is a ripper?

yeah just as I claim this to be "my computer" yet I'm not the one who assembled all the circuit boards. I'm sure he meant "my script" as in the scripts he has installed on his mIRC.

see above post ... and if he cant find out why its doing the error its clearly also not "MY script" its a downloaded script and in that instance this forum cannot give help on ever other authors script, ive seen it practiced in several occasion where even u urself says ... contact the scripts author.
now with that said the debating [censored] is over

Yes, I say "contact the script's author" if someone says "I need help with Invision" not "I need help with a $somefunc I downloaded on mircscripts.org" There is a difference between using a full script created by someone else and using a snippet created by someone else.

You mean he's a ripper because he used the phrase 'i dont know whats causeing it and i checked my scripts...any suggestions?'? If it's a script loaded into his Remotes section then of course he'd refer to it as being one of 'his scripts' because it's a script belonging to him in a physical sense. Any English speaking person would use the same term. Yes, I'm sure you would lose in a battle of BS would me. In general it has little affect when confronted with rationality and logical debate.

well we can cut the the heart of the matter and flat out say this MTECh type /remote off and see if u get that same error..... if that fixes it then its not a mirc problem but a script problem ... from that point u need to uninstall all ur scripts and install one at a time till the error happens again ..... then uve found your problem script. if u dont do that then there isnt any help to give to ya.
