ok i know of a strand that let u talk to just ops but is there a strand for just voice?

heres the one for the ops /o /onotice # 1 7 $$1-
i tryed this one thinking it may work but it dont /v /vnotice # 1c, 2c $$1-

Well yes and no, SOME networks let you:
/notice +#channel this is only seen by voices

But not all allow that.

Yes unreal does, it also lets you send it to multiple levels like:
/notice @+#channel this goes to both ops and voiced users. Not sure if all servers allow that syntax though...

is there one for GalaxyNet or not? im not sure i tryed the one i pasted but it dont work
