Where exactly the variables are stored??

I saw ini files for popups for aliases, other things, but I didn't find a ini files for the variables. Where it is suppose to be?

Note that they are only the variables set with /set %blah luser. Local variables arn't written anywhere and therefore work alot faster and are handy when storing a variable is not necessary.

you never know watchdog, they may be written but the code could execute so fast you don't have time to open the window while they are being used. >:D

I mean to a text file, I could be wrong but as far as I know mIRC stores a local variable internally like a hash table.

Well, I had this friend that when he exist mIRC, the veriables where not stored in the remote.ini confused frown

He uninstalled it, and then reinstalled, and it solved his problem.

It seems that a script he had installed long time ago, changed in mirc.ini the location of the variables file to a directory which doesn't exist.
