hello,
As you probably know, some servers support an exception list (+e). I've noticed mIRC does support that list, however only via the 'channel central' and not with $identifiers.
I mostly use DALnet, so I dont really uses this option, but I think others might do, and I thought it would be a good addition.

Yea I agree, I'd also like to see a $iil (although that name looks kind of stupid) for the invite list as well.
