Basically, the server you are connecting to is telling you they don't want you connecting to their server. They can disallow you for any reason they wish. You might have brought clones, you might have advertised, you might have done nothing at all, but someone else from your ISP did. Many times Kline bans are temporary, but some are permanent. If the ban message gives you no URL or no email address, you have no recourse. Simply find another server.
