Sorry, the only way to do that is to have a script which intercepts the message and then replaces it with an echo that looks as you want it to look like. Have a look at this script
https://mircscripts.net/lv86s which does something like that, among other things. You don't need to use the included font, you can continue to use Consolas or whatever other font you currently use.
Note that echo is a /command so it strips consecutive spaces, so there can be some types of ASCII art which no longer work right
