KubosKube Babel fish Joined: Jan 2017 Posts: 57 Central US	It's been a long time since I've tried to send a whisper, but the method that worked for me was: Code msg #channel /w Text goes here. I did find that my bot could not send a whisper to an account that had not yet already sent a whisper to the bot, meaning that the bot cannot start a conversation. This may be old news, but perhaps it'll help.
