You want a script that will ban someone and then immediately change your nick so your victim can't find you? Or you mean the "real name" that shows when someone does a /whois on you? Or you want a script that will detect that you have banned someone, then it changes your nick? You didn't say what you wanted to change to - to a specific 'name' or to a random one?
