It seems to be on all my networks and they tend to keep trying to link to malware between <Script> </script> codes and I'm worried about security.

mIRC doesn't automatically run things between <script> codes do they?

There is no "<script>" or any other "<keyword>" that means anything special to mIRC. If it does 'run' something bad, it's from either tricking you into running a command you don't understand what it does, or a sloppily written script that allows someone to send a command that can be executed.

The spammers are trying to trigger anti-virus/anti-malware software.
