In the pattern in help menu of mirc:
/ignore [-lrpcntikdwxu#] <on|off|nick/address> [type] [network]

Can samoone explain what is the putpos of [type] .
In standart mirc script also i see a number 1 /ignore $$1 1.
What this 1 mean too.

Well I think you will find what the difference is by trying these commands :
/ignore nick 1 and /ignore nick 2 (nick being a nickname that is on the server you are on)
The type is like for the /ban command, to see the correspondance between number and type of ignore or ban, try /help $mask !
