When I connect to JBouncer and put commands in to Perform on connect in options, Mirc will not perform the actual commands and requires manual entry.

The commands I'm using are
/msg root username password
/msg root connect name

I've substituted actual username and password.

Is there any way for this process to happen automatically?

You must tick the option that says:
Enable perform on connect
And in part:
Network:
You must choose which network
And in:
Perform commands:
You must put the commands to run
