hellp, i new about the mirc, i want to make a popup massage that will be jump when i get evrey massage in some channel, how i do that? and make some sound also

You need to be a little more clear, do you mean when someone types something to type something in chat?

i mean, when anybody says something in the chat on the channel, i will get a noftiy that will jump on my screen and make some sound with it... like RSS notifier.

Ok, I think I get what you are saying, Go to Tools > Address book > Notify > Add > Nickname is needed as well as the address example: irc.twitch.tv then go to sounds and click the button to the left of the play button, I recommend you turn them both on, just from preference but honestly, I don't recommend doing this at all as IRC channels can get noisy with people sometimes.

i dont need notify to some specific, i need to whole the channel

This should do exactly what you want. But you maybe need to add an if statement if you want it to work for a certain channel only
