Forums mIRC Help Server/Channel bars are elongated

I'm not sure how this happened, but it's kind of annoying. How do I shrink it back down?

I have figured this out! Not sure how the switchbar(I learned a new term!)got filled, but unchecking the fill switchbar put it back to the original size.
