OP Dcell Mostly harmless D Joined: May 2003 Posts: 1	I was messing to see how many times I could connect to irc and when I hit number 7 I was disconnected. Now I cant get back in irc. I get the following message over an over as it tries to reconnect. * Connecting to east.gamesnet.net (6667) - -east.gamesnet.net- * Looking up your hostname - -east.gamesnet.net- * Checking Ident - -east.gamesnet.net- *** Found your hostname - Ping? Pong! - Excessive connections from a single host.. - Closing Link: LJ\|Dcell by Slim.NY.US.GamesNET.net (K-lined) - * Disconnected - * Connect retry #1 216.179.62.107 (6667) Doh ! What do I do now?

Collective Hoopy frood C Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 3,138 London, UK	K-lined means you are banned from the server, you will have to wait until the ban is removed. For gamesnet post here to ask when your ban will be removed/try to get unbanned early.
