Looking for a dialogue driven oper script to assist with dealing with attacks to be run on mirc 6.35 please

Will be looking for dealing with the following

Mass clones connecting
Mass clones joining (channels to be set)
CTCP attacks directly against yourself
DCC attacks direct against yourself
PM flood attacks against yourself
notice floods against yourself
colour flood attacks in channel

Actions to be set on dialogue
gline, shun or kill
time mins, hours, days, perm
channels to run in
turn on / off each attack protection
other room ops protection against being hit by script
named channel for ignoring (ie #help)
defcon levels 5 or 3 (switch so can have one or the other or none set)

Server is unrealircd and services are anope 1.8.5 to 1.8.9

Only these? lol man you need a hole bot/script the best solution that you can do is to search, so i will give you some place to search on it, also as you know the best is google.

NOTE: Also the most of your request items i think that network services (anope) have them for your channel, you can ask on the #Help room on your network how to protect it.
